APCs (Antibody-Peptide Conjugates) combine antibody’s precise antigen targeting with multifunctional bioactive peptides, unlocking diversified therapeutic space across multiple clinical segments. APCs are primarily indicated for cardiometabolic diseases, as well as autoimmune and chronic inflammatory disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, and IBD.
 
While flexible in molecular design, APC conjugation often faces common production limitations including poor purity, low conjugation yield and difficult purification/scaling. We share two case studies spanning discovery to GMP stages: starting from suboptimal baseline performance with compromised purity, low yield and cumbersome downstream workflows, our targeted process optimization resolved core manufacturing defects across DAR1 and DAR2 APC platforms, delivering markedly improved purity, elevated yield, simplified purification and scalable processes ready for both early discovery material supply and GMP manufacturing.
