HPLC Method Development for an Unstable Payload-Linker RSM (Strained Cycloalkyne)
This study describes the development and optimization of an HPLC method for an extremely unstable small‑molecule payload‑linker with alcohol functionalized strained cycloalkyne moiety （such as BCN-OH). The method enables robust impurity profiling and has been successfully applied for release testing during the Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) stage.
